Stakeholder Pathways

Probation Departments

Manage referrals, monitor participant progress, receive verified completion records, and administer department billing.

Courts

Issue or communicate community-service requirements and review authorized verified completion records.

Defense Attorneys

Support clients in understanding referral steps, locating participating placements, and obtaining available completion documentation.

Community Partners

Accept or decline court-referred participants, record service activity, and verify attendance or hours. CivicTracking does not manage the organization's broader volunteer program.

Participants

Access placement information, submit required information, track progress, receive notices, and view completion status.

Important Information

Probation and supervising authorities are the primary institutional customers and intended payers. Courts, defense attorneys, community partners, and participants are stakeholder users. CivicTracking operates exclusively as a coordination and verification layer. It does not replace probation departments, courts, attorneys, court case-management systems, or a nonprofit's own volunteer-management program. CivicTracking supports accountability and compliance monitoring by coordinating referrals, verifying service activity, and providing authorized completion documentation.

CivicTracking provides professional coordination, structured verification, and transparent reporting for court-ordered community service. We work with supervising authorities and participating community organizations to support accurate documentation, efficient coordination, and greater visibility into participant progress.
