Scope of This Policy
This policy applies only to the CivicTracking public website. It does not govern the CivicTracking Stakeholder Portal used by supervising authorities and participating community organizations. (Please note that the Stakeholder Portal was previously operational and is currently being rebuilt; direct portal access is temporarily unavailable). Use of that platform is governed by the separate written agreements between CivicTracking LLC and each supervising authority.
No participant records, case information, or court-ordered service data is collected through this website.

We collect two kinds of information.
Information you provide. If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, role selection, and message you enter. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. Our website host records standard technical information when you visit, which may include:
