Partner With CivicTracking
Focus on your mission. We help reduce the administrative burden of court-referred service coordination and documentation.
Nonprofit organizations rely on volunteers to drive community impact, but managing court-ordered community service participants often introduces significant administrative burdens. Chasing down hours, verifying signatures, and fielding calls from probation officers diverts valuable time away from your core operations. CivicTracking solves this problem by acting as the professional liaison between your organization and the justice system.
Partner Benefits
-
No cost to participate. Coordination is funded through institutional contracts. There is never a fee for a nonprofit to become a participating worksite.
-
Less back-and-forth. Hours and completion documentation are coordinated for the supervising authority, so your staff spends less time fielding administrative calls.
-
Clear expectations up front. Participants arrive knowing their required hours and reporting obligations.
-
You stay in control. You choose which referrals to accept, and CivicTracking does not manage your broader volunteer program.

How It Works for Partners
1. Onboarding
We review your volunteer needs and establish clear protocols for logging hours.
2. Placement
CivicTracking proposes or coordinates placements. Community partners retain the right to accept or decline each proposed placement.
3. Verification
Your supervisor confirms attendance. The authorized completion reporting is then coordinated with the supervising authority.
